The Hannahs Open- Call for artists-Deadline Monday!

We are looking for applications from some of the most innovative and creative designers, makers and performers from the South West and beyond for the very first open "exhibition" at Hannahs at Seale Hayne (Newton Abbot) . There are no themes or guidelines, we want to showcase work of the very highest quality and are open to all art forms. The gallery space itself is approx 120 sq meters and there is over 90 acres of land across the whole site so we are happy to consider outdoor work or installations. If you have any specific requirements for your piece (for eg. Av equipment or a space outside of the gallery) please just contact us on the email below. In the last 12 months we have hosted exhibitions from the Hayward Gallery at the Southbank and are currently showing pieces on loan from the Victoria and Albert Museum, London. Our 2014 gallery programme is almost complete and we are now in discussions with new partners and lending bodies for 2015.
Work can be available for sale with a 40% commission taken to continue the work of Hannahs at Seale-Hayne. The site is open to public, free of charge 7 days a week, with an annual footfall of over 100,000. You are very welcome to come along and visit at any time. (Core opening hours are 10-6 unless there are evening events).
The exhibition is open to all although we would particular like to encourage artists with a disability to take part.
There is no charge to artists nor to visitors coming to the exhibition.
