Protest and Change: Hertfordshire people taking a stand online
In the half century since the partial decriminalisation of homosexuality in England, views and laws have shifted. Join us online for this talk as we chart a course through the Wolfenden Report, Section 28, civil partnerships and gender recognition acts, tracing the protests, charities and individuals who helped bring about change in Hertfordshire and beyond.
This talk will be also be hosted using MS Teams, participants will need access to a computer, tablet or phone with audio. Instructions for joining the talk will be sent in advance via email, so please ensure that you provide a current email address when you book. Registration opens 15 minutes before the start of the event.
The event is on the 24th February and it will be an online live streamed event. This event cost is £6.
The event starts at 7:30pm and will be 1 hour. There are currently 39 spaces available, and booking will be required.
