Experience Community Experience Kirklees
Experience Kirklees is a new project by Experience Community CIC that is working to improve the mental health and physical wellbeing of disabled people and those with mental health needs. The project is to establish a pool of volunteers, some of whom may have mild mental health problems and organise walks and day trips for disabled people in the local community.
The project also seeks to reduce anxiety in visiting new places through creating films and providing other useful information for disabled people about routes, leisure activities and tourism attractions in Kirklees.
