Young Parents Music Leader

We are looking for a music leader. You will lead singing sessions with young parents and their children. You will help young parents feel more confident singing, encouraging them to attend free bounce and rhyme sessions in groups and enjoy singing at home.

The plan is to have two groups, one on Wednesday afternoons and the other on Friday afternoons. Some flexibility in your diary to enable you to go with the groups to bounce and rhyme sessions at the end of the project would be an advantage.

You will have experience working with teenagers and early years and be able to travel to Ivybridge and Exeter, with suitable musical equipment. Experience of and interest in taking on some of the project management would be an advantage (for which a separate fee would be available).

Fee £2000 to include twice weekly hour long sessions over ten weeks (total 20) and 5 meetings (initial planning, three reviewing meetings during the project and one evaluation meeting).
