Shortlisted for the Sir John Hurt Art Prize at the Holt Festival 2022. ‘Fall(en) Rise’ is a celebration of the recycling process of nature, recreated using recycled branded elements from our daily lives. The canvas is a folded and stitched recycled coffee sack, with a hand stitched jute twine tree upon which hand cut aluminium drink can leaves nestle, with a bed of fallen metal leaves scattered on the gallery floor below the artwork. - 64x64cm.
