Open day to view apartments with several works of art on show among which are:-
Emile Bayard - well known for the little urchin with the brush in Les Miserables - two of his paintings from the Paris Salons of the 19th Century on show. “ Une affaire d’Honneur” (An Affair of Honour) and Le Réconciliation” (The Reconciliation) have not been on show for many, many years so this is a great opportunity for anyone who would like to see the originals rather than the many copies that exist.
Also on show Dante’s muse by Rafl
Che Guevara by Dmitrij Kadrnozka (Che actually sat for this modern abstract portrait)
The Bird Reservation by Prof. Frantisek Hodonsky, Former Head of the Prague Academy of Art
Several 17th , 18th & 19th century works and other painting of interest. Including work by Rolin
