Marbling & Book Binding at the Peppercorn, 21/4/20 6:30-8:30

During this workshop you'll create unique swirling patterns with brightly coloured marbling inks on a variety of papers and cards. These will act as a cover for a hand bound book, we'll be using Japanese stab binding techniques to create books with a variety of decorative stitching. You will leave the workshop with at least one book.

It's £22 per person // £18 Low/Unwaged/Students.

The workshop will run from 6:30-8:30 but will be open from 6 if you'd like to come for your tea beforehand. I highly recommend it! Peppercorn's food is delicious with a great range of main meals and delicious cakes.

Venue details:
Peppercorn is a fantastic vegan cafe located at 53 Trinity Street, Huddersfield, HD1 4DN. It's in a great location with lots of free street parking nearby alongside Greenhead Park. It's about a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and less than a 10 min walk from the nearby train and bus stations. There is also a bus stop on the opposite side of the road.
The cafe is up a few sets of steps so is not wheelchair accessible.

There's lots of free street parking nearby however I would recommend arriving a bit earlier as sometimes the parking immediately nearby is scarce. The train and bus station are also very nearby.

Course conditions:
The workshop needs minimum numbers to run. In the unlikely event it doesn't meet this the workshop will be cancelled. Your booking is secured by payment and if you choose to cancel you get a refund up to 7 days before the event however after that no refund can be given.
