Dance in Time | Let's Celebrate Dance Together

Join us for our annual celebration of dance in Devon!

This year we will celebrate inter-generational dance on Sunday 26th November at Dartington.

A day to enjoy dancing together. With dance workshops, music and a chance to get creative – it’s a great day to experience with friends and the whole family.

We invite everyone of all ages and abilities to celebrate dance – together! Invite your Gran, your children, your neighbour and all your friends! Everyone is welcome.

3 Creative taster workshops:

• With 50 years in professional dance, we are delighted that contemporary dancer, mentor, teacher and legend Namron will be leading a contemporary dance workshop. Be prepared for Namron to share his infectious love of dance.
• Arts Lab, Dartington invite you to unleash vibrant colour and movement in a dynamic art workshop. Come prepared to get your feet wet!
• Rosie Perdikeas will be leading a Greek dance workshop for all the family. A chance to try a new dance style and have fun together (without the plate smashing!).

The day will consist of 3 workshops, music, a performance from Namron and local dance groups, plus a scrummy lunch and afternoon refreshments (included in your ticket).

The cost for a day ticket is £20 per person or £25 on the door.
Under 18’s can attend for FREE!

Schedule for the day:

Doors open at 10am where you can choose your workshop order
10.30am – 11.15am: Workshop 1
11.30am – 12.15pm: Workshop 2
12.15pm – 1.15pm: Lunch and music
1.15pm – 2.00pm: Workshop 3
2.00pm – 2.30pm: Tea and cake
2.45pm – 3.30pm: Dance performances
