Visitor Services and Retail Officer - Torre Abbey

This is a new and exciting multifaceted role that is vital to future direction of Torre Abbey. You will coordinate commercial events, weddings, external hire and other functions at Torre Abbey. You will manage commercial opportunities for Torre Abbey including a new high quality retail offer. You will manage the Customer Service Assistants with a focus on delivering seasonal project plans and visitor/income targets. You will develop unique and exciting creative concept opportunities for commercial users at Torre. You will also be responsible for the management, development and maintenance of the Torre Abbey website, social media and online interactions, with the Customer Service Assistants, amongst other work.

Salary £26556/Year - £29033/Year Pro-rata
