Panto Babes Coordinator, Theatre Royal Plymouth

Every year the Theatre Royal Plymouth search for 20 talented boys and girls, aged 7 -12, to take part in our annual Christmas Pantomime. We are looking for an experienced, engaging and approachable individual to manage all aspects of the Panto Babes from the initial audition stage, obtaining the Performance Licences, through to the final performance.

This role holds a variety of administrative and safe guarding responsibilities and requires a reactive, level-headed and confident individual with excellent communication and team working skills, committed to ensuring the Panto Babes enjoy a positive experience with us and the Pantomime Company. Previous experience of a similar role is essential.

This post is an Annualised Hours contract of approximately 170-175 hours per year. As such the working pattern will be as follows:

Weeks 1-4 @ 32 hours per week

Weeks 5-6 @ 10 hours per week

Weeks 7-15 @ 3 hours per week

You must hold a valid Chaperone Licence for this role.
