Development Manager, North Devon Theatres' Trust

An opportunity has arisen for a Development Manager to join the Development team at North Devon Theatres' Trust. The Development team is tasked with raising a substantial sum every year to support the Trust and its work.

These are exciting times as the Trust moves to buy the theatres we have been running for 23 years and re-position our charity into a commercial trading organisation which is community focused and service driven.

The Development Manager will proactively lead on raising all voluntary income from individuals and corporate partners. This includes cultivating new donors, maintaining close relationships with existing donors and supporters and initiating new income sources in all fields.

We are seeking an exceptional individual who will help to deliver our exciting and diverse vision and drive change in everything we do; the successful candidate will possess an excellent track record of fundraising, ideally within an arts environment as well as the skills and motivation to play a vital role in increasing income for the company, and helping to deliver against ambitious targets.
