Actors Needed, Unexpected Places

1163.33 pp plus per diems for performance week

Unexpected Places are looking for 3 actors aged 21+ to work with us in creating a new show, ‘Our Neck of the Woods’. Funded by Arts Council England, Southampton City Council and Culture Southampton, the show will explore themes of community and sense of belonging. We have worked with a cross section of the local community to collate verbatim content, memories and stories to help shape the production.

You need:

Essential

Drama/theatre training to degree level or above (or relevant experience)

Experience in devising theatre

Commit to attending all rehearsals and performances

A good sense of humour and to be excited about making the show

Desirable

Strong links to Southampton

Experience in documentary or verbatim theatre

Auditions will take place on 23/10.
