Creative Minds is open for business!

Hi all

We are pleased to let you know that Creative Minds is now open for applications.

The process has changed slightly this year & for organisations who are not already Creative Minds partners.

We now ask you to contact us in the first instance to discuss any ideas you might have for projects, rather than complete a project application without speaking to us, our contact details are at the bottom of this email..

Our website is currently being updated: www.creativemindsuk.com and the new information should be on there shortly.

The deadline for applications is Friday 23rd June 2017 @ 5pm

This year 2017/18 we will be prioritising (but not exclusively):

• Projects that are innovative and which benefit SWYPFT service users and/or their carers/families who use the following SWYPFT services:
o Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)
o Learning Disabilities (LD)
o Older People’s Services (OPS)

• Projects that SWYPFT staff could participate in outside of the work roles.

• Complement the projects and partners who have or are delivering Creative Minds activities (this information can be found under the ‘projects directory’ tab on the left hand side of the www.creativemindsuk.com homepage)
