Creative Minds is an award winning NHS charity that promotes the use of creative approaches and activities to boost health and wellbeing (arts, recreation,leisure and physical activity. We develop community partnerships to not only co-fund but also co-deliver projects for local people. We do this with local not for profit organisations and we welcome organisations to get in touch with their ideas. We work at the interface of the HNS services we sit within and the community.
