Junior Web Designer

Employer: VuOnline – Totnes

Passionate Web Designer required to join dynamic technical team with a desire to keep up to date with advances in computer and web technology.

The job role will involve:
• Design of websites.
• Using computers, design and coding of websites.
• Using the internet, websites and email.
• Desire to progress, learn and adapt to new environments and challenging situations.

Working week: 35-40 hours Mon-Fri (including College)

Weekly wage: £ national minimum wage for apprentices

Closing date for applications: 31st May 2105

Skills:
Some skills in software programming and graphics, HTML and CSS.
Adaptability, and the ability to pick up new techniques.
Good interpersonal skills and a calm, friendly and professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:
Desirable - GCSE Maths & English C+

Training:
Framework - Advanced Apprenticeship Creative and Digital Media.
Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Certificate – Creative and Digital Media
Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Creative and Digital Media.
Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT at level 2
