2023 will be a transformational year like no other. 12 signature events and a multitude of creative experiences are happening all over the city. From dance to design, art to architecture, poetry to pop, sculpture to sport, grassroots community theatre to performances on our world-class stages, there’s something for everyone, no matter where you live or what you like.

Leeds 2023 think culture is everywhere in this city and this is the time to shout about it. They’re working with local, national and international artists and communities to create a celebration that’s for Leeds, with Leeds and inspired by Leeds.

What are they looking for?

They’re looking for someone to embed Youth Voice within LEEDS 2023 and the wider cultural ecology of the city, creating opportunities for young people to play active roles in their communities, driven by young people and community expertise.

They are looking for someone that has a passion for supporting children and young people to reach their full potential. They will help young people to have their opinions heard through the organisation, be involved in decision making, be supported to engage in social action and be empowered to campaign for a better world.
