As one of the UK's leading international collaborators, SeaChange Arts present an engaging programme of debate and discussion exploring how the street arts and circus sector can continue to work internationally and collaboratively in today's current economic and political climate.

Europe's leading producers, promoters and artists come together to navigate the challenges and explore new methods of reciprocal working. Join us in one of the UK's most iconic seaside towns for an exciting programme of discussion, debate, networking and extraordinary outdoor arts.

Who for? Circus & street arts promoters, producers, artists, programmers and funding bodies

Panelists and speakers: A line-up of some of the sector’s most informative speakers, from across the UK and Europe.

When? The symposium will begin at 4.00pm on Thursday 15 September before a full-day programme on Friday 16 September.

Delegates are also encouraged to sign-up for the XTRAX/Out There Festival Showcase and to stay and enjoy the main weekend programme of the Out There Festival on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 September.
