Support to find a job
If you are not currently working and want support to find paid employment, contact the Works Better team for free, personalised support and advice. The Works Better programme is part funded by the European Social Fund to help residents find work.

We all have barriers that stop us doing things - and in the case of getting a job it could be because of childcare issues, low confidence, anxiety or low IT skills. The Works Better team will create a unique programme for you that maximises your potential and gets you back into work.

Works Better also works with local employers to create job and work experience opportunities for people we support on programme to make sure that they get a job that’s go into a job that is right for you.
