Support 'The Incident', a new film shot in Kirklees

The Incident is an independent feature film starring Ruta Gedmintas, Tom Hughes and Tasha Connor and was shot in Kirklees in 2014. It is being released in September and the producers are running a crowd fund campaign on indiegogo to raise funds to support the release.

About the Film

The Incident is a tense, atmospheric, emotionally haunting tale that brings together characters from opposing social backgrounds and explores what happens when their worlds collide.

It's a meditation on guilt and responsibility, and explores the alienation and exploitation of our vulnerable youth.

The film was nominated for the Michael Powell Award at the Edinburgh International Film Festival last year.
