Streets of Colour - wall painting in Huddersfield

Walk along the underpass which goes under Wakefield Road between Aspley Marina and the University of Huddersfield and you'll see this amazing painting by artist Jo Peel. The canal path connects the University Campus, Aspley Marina, The Aspley & Premier Inn and Top Spot Snooker Club and was in need of a bit of TLC.

The work was undertaking in collaboration with Jo, students at the University of Huddersfield and the Creative Economy Team at Kirklees Council.
