Senior Marketing/Audience Development Officer: Wakefield Council

Are you passionate about marketing, audience development and events?

If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Tourism & Festivals team as a Senior Marketing and Audience Development Officer.

The Council and its wider partners deliver a successful festivals, events and speciality markets programme which aims to inspire and engage residents and attract visitors into the district.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the Council’s and partnership festivals, exhibitions and installations are promoted as a clear and accessible programme to residents and wider visitors.

They are looking for someone who has the passion, creativity and knowledge to develop and deliver engaging promotional campaigns throughout the year, as well as someone who has experience of establishing effective working relationships with partners and of managing content across multiple social media channels.
