Programme Coordinator (South Yorkshire), We are IVE

IVE are looking for a confident, highly organised individual who can play a key support role, working alongside their Cultural Education Manager, to ensure that they meet their targets. This is an amazing chance to make a difference and work with a range of education and creative sector partners to break down the barriers that limit the creative opportunities available to children and young people in and out of school.

No two days will look the same. You’ll be working closely with your Cultural Education Manager to communicate with stakeholders, research, plan and coordinate initiatives and events, present and represent IVE at events and meetings, provide information and support to cultural organisations and education settings, produce and analyse data, report, undertake administrative tasks and also building up our social media presence. You’ll also get to manage some small discrete projects in the region.

They're looking for someone who has great customer service skills who understands collaborative working and the transformational power of informal and formal creative education. Ideally, you’ll have some experience of project management though this isn’t essential. You should have strong communication skills, be able to speak confidently and persuasively at events and meetings whilst actively listening and responding to priorities and needs. More than anything we’re looking for someone who is proactive and enthusiastic and a great advocate for our various offers.
