Parkland Dialogues

Exhibition extended for one more month...

Artist Fabric Lenny presents ink drawings, digital painting, animation and sculpture inspired by the landscape and wildlife of Dewsbury Country Park.

The exhibition is a result of the Plant-Life-Cycle artist residencies project which was part of the Yorkshire Festival welcoming the Tour de France to Yorkshire. The show has proved popular and the museum asked to keep it up for an extra month!

So if you haven't seen it already you have a few more weeks.

The museum is a short walk from Dewsbury Country Park, so why not make a day of it and visit the Country Park before or after seeing the show?

Burgh Mill Lane joins the Museum's Crow Nest Park with Dewsbury Country Park.

Or why not cycle to the museum from Dewsbury or Heckmondwike on the Spen Valley Greenway? The greenway runs right alongside the whole length of Dewsbury Country Park.
