Northern Ballet - Communications Officer

Northern Ballet breaks down barriers to world-class ballet. They tell unexpected stories that move audiences in theatres across the country and online. They aim to reach as many different people and places as possible with their passionate storytelling, mastery of classical dance technique and live music.

They are looking for a Communications Officer to join their award-winning team within a highly creative arts setting. They will lead the communications campaigns for Northern Ballet’s own studio theatre, the Stanley & Audrey Burton Theatre, as well as managing the creation and delivery of Northern Ballet’s souvenir tour programmes and overseeing their social media platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their communications career. You should be well organised with exceptional copywriting skills and some experience in delivering communications and social media campaigns.

Salary: £19,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week. Flexible working considered. Hybrid working available.
