Mind the Gap - Senior Producer

Mind the Gap works in partnership with learning-disabled artists to deliver a bold, cutting-edge and world-class artistic programme, that impacts locally, nationally and internationally, work that excites, surprises and challenges audiences.

They are looking for a Senior Producer who will work as part of the Management Team in order to realise creative ideas into practically deliverable and financially viable opportunities. This will involve building relationships and partnerships that support MTG’s artistic goals, outputs and outcomes and financial sustainability.

The role will involve working on projects that involve a range of artforms (theatre, choreography, music, digital) and at a range of scales from small (e.g. £10,000) to large-scale projects (e.g. £100,000 and over).
