Masterclass: Navigating Events in the 'New Normal'

A one day online Masterclass for cultural organisations managing events during Covid-19. Learn how to navigate the new trading climate whilst managing events and protecting the business.

Led by Lucy Woodbridge, Head of Commercial Events, Experiences and Catering at Imperial War Museums, this one day online Masterclass is aimed at Managers responsible for corporate events, operations, contracts and commercial event packages in the cultural sector.

Across the session you will learn how to navigate your way through the 'new normal’ whilst managing events and protecting the business. The Masterclass will be a mix of case studies, discussion and breakout sessions. We will look at real life examples and work with colleagues to come up with solutions as part of the workshop.
