We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to head up our busy marketing department and continue to build on the strategies that have resulted in 2014/15 producing the highest audience figures in recent years.

The successful candidate will implement effective marketing and audience development activity for an exciting and varied programme of events taking place at Theatre Royal Wakefield. A number of new developments are planned for 2016/17 and the successful candidate will play an important part in contributing to their successful realisation.

You should have at least 4 years experience of marketing within an arts/culture environment, strategic planning and creative skills, an ability to motivate and manage a team, meet deadlines and manage departmental resources effectively.
