Wakefield Council is looking to commission an artist, organisation or collective to create with participants a light-based artwork to be installed in Heritage buildings in the Westgate area and to encourage people to look up, engage audiences with the buildings along Westgate and to offer a Westgate based art trail as part of Wakefield Council’s Light Up 2022
