Northern Ballet Summer Course 2015

Northern Ballet’s Learning team are looking for an experienced Filmmaker to collaborate with participants and dance artists to create a short, high quality dance film as part of their young person’s Summer Course 2015.

The filmmaker will work closely with the artists and young people to ensure they create a film which they have creative input into and ownership of, giving them the confidence and skills to make creative decisions during the process. The film should capture their imaginations, be fun and creative, and inspire them to engage with different art forms.

You will need to be available from 24 – 27 August 2015, working at Northern Ballet in Leeds, and be available for a half-day planning session prior to the course.

Course dates: Monday 24 – Thursday 27 August 2015, 9am – 4pm

Fee: £1100 including planning and editing

Closing date for applications is 9am on Tuesday 23 June
