Examiner Community Awards: Arts Award Nominations

Time is running out to make your nominations for the Arts Award at the 2018 Examiner Community Awards ceremony which will be held at the John Smith’s Stadium on Thursday 24 May, and will be hosted by ITN newsreader Nina Hossain, who comes from Huddersfield.

Before then they need to judge the entries, draw up a shortlist in each category and then taken photos and interview the finalists to profile them in the run-up to the awards evening.

For entries for the Arts Award, they are looking for those talented groups or individual performers or artists who demonstrate what a creative and artistic place Huddersfield is.

The deadline for entries is 16 February, so please hurry up and make your nomination for the Arts Award today.
