Customer Relationship Management (CRMs)
8:30am - 12:30pm

This half-day workshop has been designed to help you understand how best to manage your customers

The trainer will show you:
• Different types of customer relationship management systems (free versions on the market and subscription based models too) for B2B and B2C businesses
• Importance of data analysis
• How a CRM system can improve business relationships
• Understanding your customer retention strategy
• Making sure your CRM system is GDPR compliant and how businesses should store data online

After lunch, we'll move on to Marketing Automation

Marketing Automation
12:30 - 16:30pm

Gain a practical introduction to automating your marketing efforts. Learn how to leverage your time better, making your marketing work for you around the clock

On completion, you will have an understanding of:
• Creating effective sales, funnels and landing pages
• What a lead magnet is and how it can generate new leads and customers for your business
• How to automate your marketing using email marketing
• Generating new content ideas for blogs, videos and more.
