Creative Ideas For Self Care Commission, The Artworks, Sheffield
Following on from the development of The Artworks' workbook series, they want to develop a Self Care booklet which shares creative activities for self care directly from artists and creatives. They are asking artists to share their methods for supporting their own mental, emotional, or physical health, in an exciting and engaging way.
Artworks, The Everybody School of Art has been using art to improve people's mental health and wellbeing for over 10 years. Now, more than ever, they are aware of the need for and value of creative activities which can support the wellbeing of our communities; in person, online and offline.
