Coronavirus: Help for businesses and self-employed
If you're a business or self-employed and haven't yet looked at what support is available to you or don't know where to look, this Kirklees Council webpage has information and advice that can help to get you started.
The page has information on financial and other measures announced by the Government to help manage the impacts of COVID-19 - including wage subsidies, business rates reliefs, statutory sick pay reliefs, small business grants and loans.
If you're a Kirklees business, funding is now available to support local businesses to help deal with the impact of the COVID-19 virus.
What grants are available?
Grants of either £10,000 or £25,000 are now available for eligible businesses in Kirklees as part of a package of financial support announced by the Government to help mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 virus.
Is my business eligible?
