Casual Front of House Assistant - The Civic, Barnsley

In this role you will act as the first point of contact for all customers and visitors to the building ensuring they have a safe, enjoyable and positive experience of the venue. It is essential that you have excellent commitment to customer service, a passion for theatre and the arts in general, are a strong team player and willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. Furthermore, experience of working behind a bar and/or in a similar role with within a theatre/arts venue is desirable.

£6.50 per hour

Interviews will be held on Friday 4 September 2015

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age in order to work behind the bar unsupervised.

This is a casual position and the number of shifts available will vary depending upon the operational needs/requirements of The Civic’s performance seasons and additional commercial/business activities. Please note we are unable to guarantee a minimum number of shifts per month but, on average, four may be offered to each Front of House Assistant.
