Artlink Hull has been through a transformation process over the last few years, giving renewed purpose to what is one of Hull’s oldest arts organisations. Artlink now seeks a new Creative Director to further develop its socially-focused arts programmes and take the organisation to the next stage in its development. The Creative Director is the chief executive officer of Artlink. The Creative Director is responsible for senior leadership of the organisation, supported by an excellent team. The Creative Director leads on the creative vision and direction of the organisation and ensuring our work has social impacts. The Creative Director also leads on the operational aspects of the organisation, including in particular line management, fundraising, compliance and policy implementation. The Creative Director is also the main spokesperson for the organisation and acts as the key contact with our Board of Trustees and major stakeholders such as Arts Council England and Hull City Council.
