Artistic Associate, Cast

Right Up Our Street is Doncaster’s Creative People and Places Programme, a national Arts Council programme designed to increase participation in the Arts. It is led by a consortium of Doncaster arts organisations: darts (Doncaster Community Arts), Cast, Doncaster Voluntary Art Network and Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust, and is all about Doncaster people choosing, making, seeing and sharing brilliant cultural ideas. The arts activity has three strands (D, N & A). Each has a clear and separate focus but together creating an interconnected and mutually supported whole. Cast leads and delivers the ‘D strand’, which are the larger scale, home produced events that aim to create surprise, delight and impact. Dancehall is the final performance event in our three-year RUOS programme. We are now seeking an experienced creative practitioner to support the programme on behalf of Cast.

Cast Artistic Associate (Right Up Our Street - Creative Engagement and Learning)

Term: This is a full time position running between May 2015 and January 2016

Location: This role is based in Doncaster and requires you to work from Cast

Fee: Fixed fee of £15,000 (inclusive of all personal travel and subsistence expenses)

Status: This role is offered on a self-employed basis
