Artist wanted for Three Ways East project

Three Ways East is seeking an experienced artist with an investigative mind-set and a belief that artists can contribute new insights and solutions to the ecology of social progress.

Working with two communities in Hull, a new initiative, This is Old School, requires an artist thinker who is experienced in socially engaged work but likes to push the boundaries of practice. If this describes you, then consider whether you should be the Artist Investigator, for an initial research phase of work.

Applications are encouraged from artists across a wide range of media and artforms. Applicants must be able to travel to and around Hull, particularly within the two project areas.

Fee: £8,800
Application deadline: 10.00 am Monday 22 October 2018
Commission to be completed within the period: November 2018 – August 2019 with specific timings to be negotiated.
