Artist Development Coordinator, The Tetley
The Tetley is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter, with strong experience of working with artists. Ideally, you will have experience of Artist Development programmes and events and some experience of managing projects. In addition, the preferred candidate will have proven coordination and administrative competencies; together with excellent communication skills.
This newly created role provides an opportunity to use your existing knowledge of Artist Development programmes to ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment in which artists are supported to develop their practice. This role oversees the functional delivery of The Tetley’s Artist Development programmes, TAAP (Tetley's Associate Artists' Programme) and PANIC! (Promoting an Artists’ Network in the Crisis). Acting as a key point of contact you will ensure all events and programmes are produced to a high standard, retain a high level of engagement and deliver against their aims and objectives.
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until April 2022, working 37.5 hours per week (1 FTE).
