Small-Scale Development Programme (Arts Marketing Association)

The Small-Scale Development Programme is designed specifically for leaders of small-scale cultural organisations.

You’re likely to have many competing demands on your time and this programme will support you in your role as leader. It will help you reach and engage more people more often, realise your ambitions and drive a successful future.

This short and intensive programme is formed of a two and a quarter day residential to develop skills and knowledge, with follow-up online coaching sessions to help put your plans into practice. We know how busy you are, so we’ve designed the programme to make the most of your time.

You will:
- define your organisation's vision and goals
- develop a clearer understanding of your current approach to audiences
- gain insight into how to make marketing a key part of your strategic planning

All of this, plus all your meals and accommodation at the residential, is covered by the heavily-subsidised fee of only £95 + VAT.
