Chatterfamilies – Herts Libraries Family Reading Group

Missing your Reading Group? Need some ideas to focus the family on books and reading? Overwhelmed by all the resources available online during lockdown?

Hertfordshire Libraries to the rescue! We are creating Reading Group sessions for your family – suitable for children aged 5 to 11 and their parents.

Each session is built around a well-known author reading a part of their book online. There are then questions to discuss as a family, activities to try and suggestions for further reading. All the reading suggestions point to ebooks and eaudiobooks available in our e-library, BorrowBox. Download the BorrowBox app, join up with your Library card number and borrow for free!
