'Limbo' exhibition & launch, Terence J Lambert
Join us for the launch of Terence Lambert's new exhibition of paintings and prints, entitled 'Limbo'. From 6pm to 8pm, Friday 19th May - refreshments provided. Exhibition runs until 1st July 2017.
Artist Terence J Lambert was born in Bedford and is now located in Huddersfield. He graduated in Fine Art from Batley School of Art and received multiple Koestler awards, a scholarship and exhibited at the Southbank centre on numerous occasions.
"I draw, paint and create digital artwork that ranges from illustration to fine art. The creative dialogue between analogue and digital is one that inspires my work and allows me to create it in a contemporary way, replacing canvas, brushes and models, to photographs and a hand-held smart phone and pen."
The exhibition consists of drawings, paintings and digital prints. "My interest in people leads me to make work that explores the human condition, the social experience and the effects upon the individual. Main themes of beauty, melancholy, isolation and anxiety run throughout my work."
This exhibition is a change to the previously advertised solo show by Laura Garcia Martin.
