Moving Through Menopause - meet, talk and move your story

NEW group starting Wednesday 7th September, Symonds Green Community Centre.
7.30-8.30pm. And it's FREE!

* Meet other women going through this universal life stage.

* Talk about your experiences, sharing stories and wisdom.

* Move together, exploring themes relevant to 'change' connecting, supporting and nurturing.

There will be a mix of advice and information sharing, improvised guided movement, relaxation, and creative reflection both verbal and visual.

Faciliitated by a Registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist with personal knowledge of negotiating this transition.
