Ceilidh / Strip the Willow with the Backroom Band

The Backroom Band is one of the best unpackaged bands around, with a wide reputation for providing a fine evening of dancing and great music.

Dance caller Chris Humphries will lead you through many a dance, with music by Pete Jones on squeezebox & fiddle, Dave Scott, fiddle & mandolin, (ex Newlyn Reelers) Mike Pritchard (The Tinners) on the fiddle , Rick (Bagas Degol) with guitar/ bodhran and his brother Grevis on the banjo.

Doors open 19:00, Ceilidh from 20:00 to 22:30. A fully licensed bar will be available, and food is available at Dartington until 21:00. The ceilidh will take place in Dartington Hall's Studio 6.
