In Rust We Trust - MyDog Sighs, Los Dave, M-one

A Study in the Beauty of Urban Decay...
Three artists- My Dog Sighs, Los Dave and M-one, come together for this exhibition of work using innovative techniques and varying styles. Pioneering members of Free Art Friday and Portsmouth Creative Movement, they are tireless and consistent in their production of quality artwork.
My Dog Sighs has recently received acclaim for his 'Can Man' series of hauntingly beautiful faces, personified in the medium of found tin cans, but his work on canvas and other media is equally beguiling.
Los Dave's project, 'Stone Dead Forever' has entranced visitors to the shores of the South Coast. However, his talents are not limited to pebbles that speak to people... sculpture, calligraphic landscapes and drawings are all part of Los Dave's artistic output.
M-one's work in stencils, with a fluid freedom of underpainting, gives an individuality envied by other stencil artists. With an instinctive use of colour, his screenprints and canvases demonstrate a love of subject and an uncanny knack of placing subjects in a surreal timescale.
The success of Free Art Friday, which is now a global phenomenon, has generated well-deserved attention to Portsmouth Creative Movement, including a Culture Show special feature. The Flickr group 'Free Art Friday' now has thousands of members.
These three artists, stalwarts of Free Art Friday, now present a special exhibition for Arts Anonymous.
