Arts Anonymous at Hennis Project, Exeter
Arts Anonymous teamed up wih Hennis Project Exeter to revamp their entrance foyer.
Hennis Project provides a service for young single homeless people aged 16-24 with support needs.
‘Mos and Kate arrived on Wednesday morning with their bag of tricks. They gave our residents, staff and guests a crash course in spray painting and explained what we all needed to do to leave our mark on the wall. We all got masked up and one by one each resident left their own individual artistic expression on the wall. The wall began to take on all sorts of bright and fluorescent colours and interesting patterns. Once everyone had taken their turn with the spray cans, Mos and Kate applied the finishing touches and the end result was an amazing transformation of what was once a plain white washed wall with corporate signage. We are very grateful to them both and hope to work with them again in the future. I would recommend them highly to anyone that is involved in the support of young people’
