A Postcard from Devon – Open Call

Artizan Gallery is looking for submissions of work for an installation to be displayed throughout August in their café. Artists should submit an original piece with dimensions of 5.5” x 8.5” (with a maximum depth of 1”). These will be displayed anonymously for visitors to place blind bids on. At the end of the month the winning bids will be revealed and work delivered to winners with any promotional material provided by the artist. Where permission is given, contact information for buyers will be given to the artist whose work was purchased.
A minimum bid of £25 will be set which will be recovered by the gallery. Artists can chose whether to donate anything above this value to the gallery or split the amount fifty-fifty. We will display how many bids have been placed on a piece of work but the value of these bids will be concealed.
