Ocmundtune Creative Arts

Ocmundtune Creative Arts is an artist led project. In 2011 the group initiated a journey towards creating a permanent home for the creative and performing arts in Okehampton.

Ocmundtune Creative Arts will present a 3 day event
celebrating the role of the creative and performing arts in the life of Okehampton and the surrounding areas.

May Celebration Friday 23rd - Sunday 25th May 2014 at the Ockment Community Centre North Street, Okehampton.

The Celebration will include:

Concerts featuring some of the fine Bands and performers from the region and beyond
A Visual Arts Show - Seven Artists from the South West
A variety of art, theatre, creative writing and music workshops will run throughout the weekend for all ages.
Story Telling - Three Gypsy Traveller tales from Eastern Europe, with musical accompaniment.
A concert bar will be available
open Mic - Saturday Afternoon
