Anna is a self-taught, experimental, intuitive abstract artist and mindfulness coach. She also offers mentoring for up and coming creatives looking to enhance their creative profile and career.

Anna loves to create colourful mixed media paintings using a range of materials and techniques, often incorporating recycled paper, wood and other materials.
She is always experimenting and trying out new styles and techniques.
Much of her inspiration comes from the natural world as well as her interest in human nature and our search for meaning and purpose. Anna began painting as a response to trauma; this was the start of her personal recovery journey. She has continued to use art as a way of expressing her emotions and experiences as well as practising meditation regularly. Anna understands the benefits of both spiritual practice and creativity on mental health.

She is a passionate advocate for social prescribing and has worked with the Three Rivers ‘Making it’ Arts on Prescription programme. She leads regular thereputic art socials locally as well as rejuvenating day retreats.
Anna also offers well-being staff training days and events for corporate teams.
